Who humiliated who really? She humiliated him for not raising her glass at the same time as him, however, he humiliated her by holding a speech during "God save the Queen" and breaking protocol several times in that short video (remember, he is the visitor who should abide to the rules/customs of the host).

Either way, I doubt either one truly meant to humiliate the other. Either the music came to soon, or the speechwriter (or whoever tells him what to do) was in error here and either one would probably have been fired on the spot.
