After what seemed like an eternity - 6 months and 6 days - we finally got an answer...

I feel guilty that I am so happy today as one of my friends disappeared 2 days ago while scuba diving and they found him today...Rest in peace, Sean, I know you're looking at me right now and you're smiling, like you always used to...

I am so sorry for your loss :( Your friend would want you to be happy, and who knows...maybe he had a hand in your good fortune today. :) Best of luck on the rest of your journey, and I will keep your friend Sean in my prayers. *hugs*

Thank you all for the support and the kind words! This website helped me overcome so much, the stress, the pain of being away from my amazing fiance...Knowing that there are other people out there, going through what you're going through, makes it easier. You realize that you're not the only one who feels that it is so unfair to be apart for so many months - all because bureaucracy sucks big time and they're not even trying to improve the system. I'm sorry for the rant, I am a bit too of emotional these days...
