Quite honestly, I suppose it was more of an intuitive feeling on my part. I live in North Carolina and something about how he said things is what put me off, because it reminded me of

a kind of habit of 'passing the buck' that I have experienced here a lot lately with government. I don't really have too much faith in many of the things going on right now in congress and that goes for any party.
