NOA2 approved- waiting for NVC number!!!

Good day everyone.! I'm new here. I am a USC and petitioning I-130 for my husband. Got approved last May 16, 2011 and received the hard copy May 23, 2011. Should I call the NVC for the case number or just sit and wait for the letter to arrive? WHich is faster?

it has been two days since u received the Hard copy right??

so wait till tomorrow and call...do not wait for them to contact u, be proactive...call the NVC and enter ure uscis number then u will know if they assigned an NVC number for u or not yet, if so..call again and speak to an operator and have them give u ur INVOICE number ( u need it to log in to the website to pay the fees) and give them both email adresses....

good luck and BTW u once u know ur NVC number u can send the email version of the DS3032 ( choice of agent)

thanks guys. ok, so I just called NVC, they said i still have to wait 2-4 weeks for the case number. So whats the invoice the number?

YES INVOICE NUMBER YOU CAN LOG WITH IT ON YOUR CASE AT NVC
