I am filing i-130 to get my wife from China to the U.S.

I need help in understanding what other evidence of a bonifide marriage. What did you provide to satisfy this?

I am looking to provide:

I. Affidavits sworn to or affirmed by third parties having personal knowledge of the bona fides of the marital relationship.

What exactly do they write in the affidavits? Any sample documents? Thanks for your help!

This is what i attached as evidence of a bonifide marriage with my 1-310 for my hubby:

1. 3 pictures of us: a picture with our friends together, a picture with our family members, and a our couple picture;

2, a copy of our marriage certificate or calls it a red marriage book in china ( which we got it in china), and its notarized document.

you dont forget to fill out 2 of g-325 forms for both of you, and also attache a copy of your wife notarized birth certificate in English.

IMO, people who write these statements on your behalf should have met your wife in person or have communicated with her through some avenue (e.g. Facebook, email, phone, skype). It can also be as simple as they knew you were getting married and attended the wedding on the date it took place.

The statements that were written on me and my wife's behalf stated when they became aware of our relationship, engagement, and wedding. They had also spoken with her through a couple of the avenues I mentioned previously.
