change in birth date

i applied to the US for student visa two times in 2003 and 2004 but was denied. i later applied 4 a new passport and changed my date of birth on that passport to my real and correct date of birth. the said new passport, i've got UK visa on it three times, i've travelled to the Uk and returned and now,I want to apply for US student visa again. pls i need your help and advice on this matter; what should i do?

What exactly is your question? Are you asking if you will face issues with the "new" birth date? If your old passport for whatever reason had an incorrect birth date, and your new passport now has the correct one, you might have to show proof of the fact that this other birth date is in fact the correct one (i.e. submit a birth certificate with a visa application).

If you are asking for help in terms of getting a US student visa, you would first have to let people here know why you were denied the first two times - was it lack of finances, or lack of ties to your home country, or something else?
