I can't recommend enough doing it via the email address on the panelphysicians.com website! They replied to me within 5 minutes, answered all my questions and ten minutes after I'd sent the initial email I had everything booked! I know people had mentioned difficulty reaching them over the phone (And I did call and leave a message before I emailed them) so I thought I'd share my experience using email :)

I actually just got a call today from them. I left a message sunday which I'm sure they were closed and I'm sure they were closed monday as well, so no problems on my part reaching them by phone.

I was just really impressed with the turnaround time doing it via email. Very painless and done within ten minutes :)

I did mine in april and booked it via email. I was very surprised how fast they responded as I tried to call them on the phone for a good 2 hours (I HATE leaving voicemail!)

I was so impressed with them! I called and left a voice mail and they called me back within an hour. They were so friendly and helpful, especially when I ended up having to rebook my appointment. The actual appointment was really great too. I definitely recommend panelphysicians!

Its on Front Street, and I didn't see any parking lots, i think it's mostly street parking. Since the appointments are so early though (they say be there at seven, but I'd recommend going fifteen minutes before) though, I think it would be pretty easy to find a spot.

I just took the TTC from the beaches though.

Just a question, since I will be doing my medical in Toronto as well, how far in advance is your appointment? I.e. how many weeks from the day you booked it?

I'm kind of confused as to what "letter" you're supposed to bring to the medical- is it the confirmation e-mail you get when you book your interview on the website, or is it something you receive in PKT 4? I already booked my interview in Montreal (August 22nd) but I haven't received PKT 4 yet so I don't know if I can book my medical...

I went to a hotel the night before which was like, a block away. However, when I went back to pick it up I was able to park right at the front door! It is street parking but I believe there was a parking area down the street.

lol..I am no help, I got an awesome hotel rate near the airport...not the close airport either, using airmiles I couldn't get the airport near the clinic. So, 20 minute taxi ride here I come! I did however book a hotel close to the Consulate! Depending how long I am at the clinic I get to hang out in TO until my 10pm flight...the things we do for love!
