As far as the fees, etc... notsomuch...

(FWIW - the process itself may have costs not associated with the forms, medicals etc that might be tax deductible for certain individuals - things like business travel and the like - but for most of us, the answer is still 'no.' Even so - your fiance should check with his/her tax professional/accountant first.)
