I was wondering if I would be able to help fill out/ translate my husbands DS 230 for him over skype since he doesnt know how to read english very well and doesnt have printer access at this time? He wants me to have this ready and mailed back to me before NVC because we never know how long it will take to get something back to the US from Macedonia. I saw the form on the state.gov website and there is a spot that says were you assisted in filling this out..would it be a problem if he put my name there even though im in the US.

Thanks

Don't think it's a problem. We did the same thing but we haven't gotten to the point to send it in yet. Just remember not to sign part two and be thoughtful about the date on part one. I don't know if it has to be dated after the NOA2 or not, but the first one we did was dated when we started the process (way too early) so we printed out another one and only signed it.

Currently waiting for the NVC to recognize us.

Good luck.
