June Montreal Interviews

So my interview is on June 29th. I have booked Hotel Du Centreville. Just wondering if there are any other VJers out there who have interviews on same day. As I am coming to Montreal alone from Alberta it would be nice to hook up with others. I am flying in on the 28th to pick up results for medical before interview.

At the time of booking I was missing two vital pieces of information needed for the interview. So if I get everything I need before the interview, we will go. If not, I will change the interview to a later date.

I'm glad I found a June interviews thread, I was gonna start one! I have mine on Monday the 27th. I'm trying to keep tabs on how long the consulate is taking to send back passports... If anyone has already had an interview this month, or is having one very soon, please let us know how long it took Montreal/DHL to mail your passports back!

Just wondering about the time frame between NVC and an interview. Our case was just sent to Montreal but I haven't seen any posts about July or August interviews in Montreal (CR-1).

NCV closed the case and three days later we got the email for an interview in 6 weeks. The interview was set up from NVC and then they sent it to Montreal.

Hey there! I had my interview on June 14th and I still have not heard anything. Hopefully I will get our passports back this week .

Thanks, received an email June 16th from NVC saying our case was complete. Still waiting to hear about an interview date.

Hi, I finnally got an email from DHL around 6:30 pm today. I think I can pick up at Anjou tomorrow. I had my interview on June 14(4 business days,not too long). Good luck to enveryone!

Thanks to everyone who applied. I sure hope my visa comes quickly after the interview on the 29th. Hubby has booked his flight here on july 14, we are renewing our vows on the 16th and hope to hit the road on the 21st. Its hard to even book a truck without knowing when the visa will arrive. I haven't run across anyone else who's interview is on the same day as mine so guess I am on my own. Good luck to everyone. I head to the airport tomorrow night to catch the red eye to Montreal for my medical.

Yay!!! I just spoke to DOS and was told the our visa was issued either today or yesterday (she could not tell).
