Hi everyone,

I just wanted to know if the Consulate in Frankfurt issues a packet 3 or should we print out the forms online and send them in?

It's been a week since my financee received a letter from FaM stating his approved petition has been received. Also, is it possible to go for a medical appt. immediately after packet 3 has been sent in?

Thank you for your help!!

I don't know about your fiance country procedure but I was able to get the medical done before and had all that ready when packet 3 came . Saves a lot of time but once you have a case number you should be able to get all that done and police report and so on collecting all the documents needed.

Yes, they do.

You can/should, yes (some you'll send in, others you'll bring with you) - see link below.

You may, yes - Karin made her appointment as soon as we had our NVC case number (which was before Pkt 3 actually).

A bit more details can be found HERE.
