The next step is:

- You can send form DS-3032 or you can email it to the NVC. This is for choosing address and agent. You can copy the email template from link http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/Email_DS-3032_form

- If you filed I-130, I think it should be CR-1 Visa (if I'm not mistaken), same with me.

- 3 months is very fast, my case approved after 8 months.

- You will get a mail from NVC to notified your NVC case number. But it takes so much time to wait, while actually you can start the process. You can read the process here http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/James's_Shortcuts or you can read another shortcut here http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/LingChe_NVC_ShortCut

I hope this can help you, good luck :)

Three months IS very fast. I suspect they got NOA1 rather than NOA2, and the online status is "accepted" rather than "approved".

No, it's not a CR1. That's for the spouse of a US citizen. The spouse of an LPR is F2A. They can't apply for a visa until their priority date becomes current. They're looking at a wait of about 4 years, based on the current visa bulletin.

12/15/2009 - K1 Visa Interview - APPROVED!

12/29/2009 - Married in Oakland, CA!

08/18/2010 - AOS Interview - APPROVED!

05/01/2013 - Removal of Conditions - APPROVED!

okay you will need to wait until your husband will be a US citizen to update your petition,

then you can call NVC and request an update from LPH to USC and if ur status be upgrade from LPH to US citizen and your case closed then the visa will be available for u

good luck
