POE @ LAX, length of wait time needed for paperwork @ airport

Hello Everyone!

My fiance will arrive at LAX around 3:30 in the afternoon next Saturday. I was wondering if anyone had recently gone through LAX and know the length of time you had to wait for your love one to complete all the paperwork with the immigration officer?

I wanted to be there on time to meet him, but I wasn't sure how much time is needed for him to complete the paperwork at the airport. I've read in past posts it could take anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 hours, that's a huge gap in time! Any suggestions would be appreciated...Thanks a bunch!

I would say get there on time of her flight arrival.........lol

Most of the time paperwork itself is not that takes long, but there are times when multiple international flight comes in and there are not enough officers to do the paperwork for everyone.

For K1 and CR1 they ask them to wait until officer is available, while officers are working with the other non-immigrants and clearing them.
