I recently got the NOA2 and think I have everything that I need to send my fiance for the interview. I have:

letter of intent to marry,

the I-134,

several paystubs,

letter of employment showing $32k annual salary

last 2 years of tax returns

this years W2's

Signed statement from bank

emails

phone call logs

plane ticket stubs

and a copy of the packet I sent for the petition

Is that everything?

We have our interview scheduled for the 20th of June, how do you go about changing the interview date at the peruvian embassy?

Seems like u have everything already! dont forget to send some pictures of you two together and also, your fiance will need your Original birth certificate (that's important!). I would also send copy of NOA1 and NOA2 just in case. good luck!!

Probably the easiest way to change the interview date is to contact the embassy via the contact form on their website:

http://lima.usembassy.gov/http/spanish/http/lima/feedbackform.html

I'm doing the same thing for my fiance, and I was told by the embassy that the earliest you can request a specific interview date is one month prior to the date that you want.

About the birth certificate...the only birth certificate that is needed is the birth certificate of the beneficiary. Check out some of the recent K-1 interview reviews on here about the Peruvian consulate...they have some good information that should help you.

Sorry I might be wrong, I guess it depends in each consulate.. the one in Mexico asks for the original USC's birth certificate. Maybe not the one in Peru, although it wont hurt if your fiance still takes it just in case. Sorry for the confusion. Good luck!!!!
