NVC!!!!

TODAY I RECIEVED AN EMAIL FROM NVC THAT THEY RECIEVED MY SUBMITTED DOCS...TO ALLOW 20 DAYS FOT THEM TO REVIEW IT..SHOULD I EXPECT MY INTREVIEW DATE SOON..IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET A DATE IN JULY AS THEY SCHEDULE THEM 2ND WEEK OF EVERY MONTH? SOO HAPPY THAT IM AT THIS STAGE NOW..IT SEEMS THAT IM ALMOST DONE WITH THIS NIGHT MARE!!!

just hope and pray that NVC wont take too long reviewing your petition! I have seen cases that the papers stayed there just for a few days and some others for almost a month! My case just went to NVC too and I am hoping will get thru pretty quickly! If u want ur interview in July I think ur timeline is pretty good! Good luck!

yeah thats what im hoping for..i mean my lawyer said thers a pretty big chance i can get an interview date for july..and that means i get my interview letter in june im i right?

i mean all we are waiting on is for nvc to review the docs and our case to close to get an interview..yea well best of luck to you too..

lawyer sent them to nvc friday and i recieved an email that they recieved the packet yesterday monday..

Congratulations to you!! You went from one day them saying we haven't received any of your documents yet to the very next day being notified that your case was complete and closed....That's great news and gives me hope for the same outcome...I sent our AOS and IV together on the 13th, Postal Service confirms delivery was the 16th..on the 24th we got an email from NVC stating they had not received our AOS or IV yet to please submit it...received another email at 1am this morning stating they have received AOS for review but are still waiting for IV app and documents....it's so nerve racking to keep getting these kind of emails when I know they received everything since it was all sent together...I am hoping to receive another email in a day or so saying they now have everything or better yet that our case is complete...what a great surprise that would be!
