No. You submit a copy of the back and front of it. Never submit originals unless at some point they explicitly ask you for it because they will not give them back. and yes. That means its the A number assigned so you can write it everywhere it requests the A number on your USCIS forms.

1. Photocopy only

2. Your A number is your alien number. Check the NOA2 from your K1 petition. This will tell you your alien number. don't trust what the officer wrote because it's not uncommon for them to screw up.
