So the weekend is finally here..what is everyone up to? Im scheduled at 11am at applebees, but it appears for some reason god is punishing my wore out body because yesterday aunt flow shows up, and only a few hours later i notice some swelling in my throat, which has turned into full flegged flu, probably with tonsillitis added on..l..I can hardly breath, and cant swallow whatsoever...i laid in bed til 5am crying, I was in so much pain. feels like a mack truck ran me over a few times....boooo to this...i swear, im ALWAYS sick..

Hope everyone has a good weekend, Im going to try once I dose up on some meds....

Ohhhhhhhhh I am so sorry you are not well! How will you be able to work? Maybe some threra-flu or somtin can help?? HUGGIES!!!

I too am at work, sigh, another Saturday, how did I do that I have no idea and I am working the next Saturday toooooooo! :blush: Hope it is a slow uneventfull day. Yesterday we had a code in dialysis and and a surprise JACHO visit which naturally sent everyone into tizzies!! Not to mention it was also the boss's BD and we had a surprise lunch for her. :D

Hope everyone has a nice day and enjoy what little bit of summer we have left. :crying: Farmers’ Almanac is predicting a cold and snowy winter. :unsure: Gas prices here have dropped quite a bit. It now is $2.39 a gallon. Hope it keeps getting cheaper or we will be living in the long johns all winter like in the old days! :P

chiquita....2.39 a gallon????? where do u live.....Gas prices ehre in chicago dropped tremendously too...but only down to 2.80 or so...

and ill make it thru work....the problem is, im only 2 days a week at applebees due to my new job....so i cant really call off...and its only a 3 hour shift...

Kelly, I am sorry you are not feeling well. Hope you are better soon.

I just wanted to show you a photo of Riley. My daughter is coming home today. The baby will be staying a few more days. He is in the step down NICU now. All is well. He is eating and breathing without problems.

I hope everyone has a good weekend. I am taking Hachemi to Pensacola beach today. We will go home tomorrow. I dont know if I have mentioned this. We are getting married Tuesday at 11pm. Inshaallah.

I have the day off! :dance: I am just enjoying being at home today. The new couch and loveseat is being delivered today! After we paid for the furniture yesterday, we get in the car and Mohammed turns to me and says....'why they call it a loveseat?' :lol: Can't wait to show him when he gets home tonight :blush:

I filled up yesterday at $2.379 a gallon! I was way too excited about it too! It's this gas station that's cash only and has a line because it's the cheapest gas around. I sure hope the downward trend continues! :D

I'm presently gathering the motivation to finish unpacking the new apartment. I feel like I've already filled everything up, so I'm not sure where all of this extra stuff is going to go. :unsure: I guess I'll have to be creative!

Wadi called me at 6 a.m. to tell me he was getting on the fishing charter boat with my dad. I'm just glad I could roll over and sleep for another 4 hours!

Gas in SC is $2.50 for the middle good grade brand (BP/Exxon/Amaco) :D

Meriem, mabrook on the gandbaby!! He's adorable!!! May Allah make him a good muslim and a source of much joy and reward for you and his mother, ameen! (F)

I'll be cleaning today and IF the kids help then I'm gonna take them out someplace as reward inshallah. (L)
