Waiting Time after AOS forms submitted

Greetings!

Finally after almost 6 months of wait to apply for adjustment of status, we have submitted our AOS package to Chicago Lockbox.

I am just wondering how long is the waiting period to hear some news from the USCIS about the received of our AOS package.

Please let me know so I could get peaceful sleep at night.

It took us 3 weeks to recieve our NOA1. Please see our signature. All cases are different. Good luck!!!! :thumbs:

I-134 approved - 4/29/2022

Email received by beneficiary - 5/4/2022

Beneficiary submits data to USCBP - 5/4/2022

Received information about travel authorization from USCBP - 5/6/2022 (Approval but no Travel Authorization Document)

Travel Authorization Document- 5/16/2022

Hello Natashia,

We mailed our AOS packet on 28Apr11 to Chicago also. 9May11, we received our first I-797C Notice of Action, notifying us of our Biometerics appointment (fingerprinting and photos in Cincinnati). 10May11, we received two more NOAs saying they received our I-765 & I-485. Today, we received another NOA saying our I-485 has been transferred from Chicago to USCIS in California.

Hope this helps you. We just watch our mail...lol.
