green card error

i have a couple of questions i just received my green card and it has the wrong birthday during the interview they said they would correct it but did not. so do i have to file an I-90 form and send it to nebraska to get them to fix this and i do not need to send in application fee for the mistake do i?

second question is now the last name on green card is different than my passport from my country due to my marriage so i was wondering how this works when i need to travel back and forth to my country>

Yea for DOB you will have to contact them, last name is ok as long as you carry your marriage certificate.

I am assuming your GC has your married last name, so sometime in future when time comes to renew your passport you will have your married last name on new passport which will make everything sync back.

bring a copy of your marriage certificate with you when you travel.

Your travel tickets should be booked in passport name.

We called them they said we need to fill out i-90 I just want to know if this is correct it seems to be a lot of work just for change date of birth

Ye it's correct. it will take around 6 months, and you don't pay the fee because it's USCIS error.
