That is correct. The last time I spoke with them about this (both the US and Canadian TD Banks about two months ago) they each told me that it's coming soon. Yay.

That would be really nice! I bank with Chase here, but would definitely open a US TD account if I go do cross country transfers!

Any one who defaults on a loan because they leave the country is silly! (No offense)It's certainly not the legal and adult way to deal with owing money on anything.

Definitely try what some people are suggesting to you here, lovely. Do not run away from a loan. It may just be your luck that the future hubby gets caught in it.

that would be awesome for me as my visa is a TD visa card and would make payments so much nicer since i stupidly cancelled my Canadian bank account..figured why pay a monthly fee if i got nothing in it right? if i had of known i would have kept it so i could use customhouse to switch money and make payments..but ah well..hindsight is 20/20
