I have an AOS interview coming on June 8. When I first filled for my husband I was a student and was working only part-time so I used my brother as a co-sponsor. Since then I have graduated and have started working full-time and my brother has become unemployed. I make more than the poverty guideline requirements. So my question is what should I do?

I'm no expert but if your making above 125% of poverty line . You should be fine and then hopefully you can release your brother from cosponsor so he has no future obligation .. If I'm wrong someone will correct me soon
