Can Joint Sponsor send I-864 electronically?

Making a pdf is not the key here, I would think. The key question is if my joint sponsor should do pdf or not. If yes, would NVC accept the third email address as you mentioned? I will mention this to NVC when I call.

suggest you call into the high school in the next hour or so, inquire at the front office about the IT instructor, find a teenager to help you, pay wages to get it done, before school officially 'lets out' for the summer and the IT Instructor ain't reachable.

i think is some underlying issue that you are carrying, for 'violation of privacy'

which, when ya get down to it,

really doesn't make sense,

as since yer the USC petitioner,

and it makes most sense for YOU to review HIS I-864 prior to it being sent to NVC.

Heck, if you were doing a paper case, USUALLY the 2nd I-864 is sent in with the first I-864, same packet.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

I will discuss this privacy issue with my joint sponsor friend.

Of course, they'll accept the third email address. Just make sure the case number is in the subject line and on the affidavits. You'll include the cover sheet as well.

The instructions online at state.gov cover paper processing/intake. Only.

There is SCANT info on NVC EP at http://travel.state.gov/visa/visa_5162.html (note it no longer covers Guangzhou)

but - here's a thought !

inquire if yer co-sponser has computer skills. If he does, ask yer wife to make HIM the designated agent of choice on the DS-3032 form.

This link covers NVC EP with regards to GZ: Optional Electronic Processing

It's essentially the same as the other link, the only difference is the first link says "required EP" and the link I put here says "optional EP."

Thanks Ryan ! I hate it when NVC changes up their web portal, and I always get some sense it was done by an intern.

Update: After several tries, finally I got to speak to somebody at NVC. He says that my joint sponsor can either send I-864 to me or my wife and then forwarded to NVC, or he can send it by himself, as long as he has the correct cover sheet(or fomat?). I also give NVC his email address so his will be on file too along with ours, and he will receive the same correspondence as we do, which is fine with me.

Thanks to all of you who gave me ideas, suggestions.....

I will need to update the same stuff with NVC when I receive the case number for my wife's son, and I will ask the same question again, if it's not the same person on the other end, to just confirm what I heard today.

Make sure he includes the correct cover sheet your case number in the subject line and the case number on every sheet of the return on the top right corner of the pages.

that coversheet will be available to be downloaded at the online payment portal, a few days after you've paid it online.
