court-less relationship

"made-up Honey" from an empty shell! Get real boys and girls.

I still don't know what you mean, but I'll try to be "real". ( I didn't know adults talked like that )

Remember, child, that my fiance is not here yet; however, when she is here I expect some things to happen.

I expect her to be very happy to finally be here with me. I also expect her to miss her mom more than I could ever imagine. She has been with her mom probably every day of her life. I think I would be disappointed in her if she didn't miss her mom. And when she's sad, probably crying sometimes, because of being homesick; I won't be so insecure to think that it means that she's not happy with me. It only means she loves and misses her mom.

I also think she will get very, very bored sometimes. I will be able to be off work for about 5 weeks when she first gets here; but once I go to work again it will be more difficult for her. She will get bored sitting in the house by herself. It will probably be frustrating and it will probably make her more homesick than she was before. But that has nothing to do with me or our relationship.

Just my two cents, child.

The art of making sense is an art that not many possess.

Okay...

when we go to phil or we stay in phil for a while ..we feel as if we want to stay longer or forever because we are with the one person we love. What is different about them when they come here? it is because maybe we feel more for them that what they feel for us and our present is not enough for them to fill their heart with beautiful things and therefore they go into some kind of depression, homesick, bored kind of mood?

Sorry that i am typing so fast without paying attention to the the grammar or typo. I am at work.

Now that is an interesting question.

I didn't get homesick; but, of course, I knew I was coming back. However, I also just love the more laid back lifestyle in the Philippines. It was probably because I was also in "vacation mode". I didn't check the news or anything like that.

But, I do remember there were times when I was bored. I distinctly remember times when we were sitting in the house doing absolutely nothing. I said, "I'm bored, let's do something." So, we got up and did something. It didn't mean that I didn't enjoy being with her. I just wanted to do something.

Also, it's different for them, I think, because when we go there, we are staying temporarily; but when they come here, it's permanent. It is a huge adjustment. I don't think it's a question of their love and devotion to us. Remember, they are giving up everything to come here.

If it's a competition of "who feels more" then they win every time because they came here to stay forever; we just went for a visit.

I don't know why you guys think i am attacking u..I am only clarifying things observations.

I know when I go there i want to stay there because I am so happy to see my love one. I have no time to thing about being homesick nor bored nor depressed etc. I just don't understand why you guys don't observe or see what I see.

Why do you keep insisting i am attacking you?

Honestly, you talked down to people and you did sound like you were attacking. If you say you weren't then I'll take you at your word.

It would also help if you would just say what you mean; and say it clearly. Don't talk about honey and shells. I have no clue what you mean.

Your post #92 was a much clearer question to understand. I was able to understand it and I actually think that's a better way of asking your question. If you noticed, I then responded to your question in the same polite way that it was asked.

Civility works both ways.

Still sticking to my opinion and theory.

Our hearts dance like little kid in a candy store when we go to visit them. Their heart become dull, bored, depressed, and homesick when they come to live with us.

I have no other way to see this other than the initial question/opinion/post.

The lack of courtship, the lack of romanticism can do many weird thing.

It is because we feel real love and they just care for us and therefore their heart can not feel the dancing stars we feel?

Plus don't treat me like I am a golf ball on a golf match. Every one wants to hit the ball :crying:

Same as I do here nothing special. All I care is to be with M'e. When I am with M'e, my heart feels as it is full of smile of dancing stars. Do you really think in that state my heart will have space to let any negative feeling in?

Get real! Unless!!!!! I really did not feel anything special for her.

I'm not understanding most of what you said.

Are you saying that when you're there you just sit there on the couch, holding hands and staring lovingly into each others eyes? You never go any places at all?

We go out..but nothing special. Just like I go out here. Eat, have some fun. But nothing special. In fact, I do more thing in this country then when I go there due to the fact that I don't feel to save.

So next question please. I value my opinion by the way.

So next question please. I value my opinion by the way.

Here's what I want you to imagine....

Imagine that you go visit her, and she goes to work every day. And here's what you do every day. You sit in the house. You don't go outside, you don't go out to eat. You just sit there; all alone. You don't drive any where because you can't drive. You don't visit anybody because you don't know anybody. You don't really even open the door because you are in a country that is very different from what you are used to.

So, every day, from 9 to 5; you sit in the house. Tell me, honestly, you wouldn't get a little bored.

And, if you get a little bored, why does that in any way mean you don't love your wife?
