I know this has been discussed several times but I just wanted to see how many people ended up punching holes on the actual form. I punched holes for the whole packet however on the 2nd page of the form, the holes went through the title of the top question.

Any feedback is much appreciated, as I'm sending off my package tomorrow.

I have used a two-hole punch on the top of every paper I have ever submitted to USCIS. I use a top-tab pressboard classification folder for my submissions. All documents from the I-485 to the current I-751 have been in the same format.
