If I were you I'd confirm directly with the clinic but the general understanding in this forum is that your medical exam will be valid for 12 months.

US citizen since April 2016

ROC completed April 2014

AOS from K1 completed February 2012

It shouldn't be a problem.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”

Not a problem I did this for mine i took the first available medical appointment and it was 2 months before my interview date. Had no problems using my medical at the interview or for my AOS after entry.

- Kept a copy of the bill and included it with my AOS as proof of having a valid medical along with the vaccination sheet copy.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

I am a Citizen of the United States of America. 04/16/13

better to do it 2 months early rather than the week before the interview! just file for AOS within 12 months of your medical date so that you don't have to get it done again when in the US.
