Hi to all,i was looking for some answers but unfortunately i haven't found any.

I am from Bosnia,and my whole familly lives in the United States,so my mother filled up the petition for the according

category I-130(for married son or daughter over 21)which was approved from USCIS and sent to the NVC on 21.01.2010.

NVC sent their reply/letter that they received the needed documents.But from then its too calm and we didnt got any further instructions from them...so if anyone can give me some advice what should i do or how long am I going to wait,I 'll be thankfull..

When did your mom file the petition, I assume sometime last year? If so, you have a long wait ahead of you. They are currently working on March 2000 for your country for over 21 year old married children of US citizens, so it'll be another 9 years or so until you will get called for interview.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
