Will getting a certificate from here help me find a job? I really want to do something in accounting. It's perfect for me. It's really cheap and that is what makes me really skeptical. Please advice and Thanks.

I have used and taught QB for many years - knowing QB will help you get a job, however a certificate from this place

won't help anymore than learning it somewhere else or on your own. First, get a copy of the most up-to-date version and use the tutorial and online tools from Intuit. In terms of taking a course, it depends on where your accounting skills are at - do you know bookkeeping now?

Yes, I took a lot of accounting classes back home in India. I know how to write journal entries. I know what financial reports are. I know the accounting equation, the rules of debit and credit. I do not have any work experience though. I really want to do something in accounting. Enrolling in a Quickbooks class will help me find something? ann and aties, do you teach any classes online? I'll be more than happy to enroll.

I just found a bookkeeping series is being offered at our local community college. I'll go see an advisor and sign up ASAP! I am so excited. Thank you both.
