Hi,

How will I know whether it's ok to email the DS-3032? Do I have to wait for NVC to email me first about it?

Thanks!

As soon as you know your NVC case number you can use the email template, and send the DS-3032. DO NOT wait for NVC!! Be pro-active at this stage, and you will save a lot of precious time.

Dan Tes is absolutely correct. The moment you will know that your case has been added to NVC, do two things:

1. Email the DS-3032 to NVC (Beneficiary's email address)

2. Call NVC (Petitioner) and give them few more information (e.g. email address for both beneficiary and petitioner, contact phone number and so on).

1, and 2 can happen in any order, but do it as soon as you get the case# from NVC automated message.

Hi,

So even if the NVC AVR hasn't said that the DS-3032 has been generated, I can go ahead and email our DS-3032?

Thanks

YES!!!! Do Not wait. The moment you know your NVC case number, get the ball rolling.

eh - there's some internal tick at NVC - seems to 'turn on'

after the USCitizen Petitioner has called NVC, exchanged email addresses

and

received (via email) a DS-3032 kit.

IMO, NVC ain't looking for anything until they've sent off the AOS fee bill, via email.

see http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/221785-ds-3032-slowdown/page__view__findpost__p__3560467 for some steps.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
