Does it matter on ink used to sign ds 230?

Hi my wife used blue ink to sign ds 230, and it says on AOS isntructions to use black ink, does it really matter?? cuz she already sent it. and im expecting a cover sheet for it probably Monday or Tuesday, so i need to know if the ink used for signiture really matters?

If the instruction was clear, then I would think, yes.

Just hope that NVC will accept it...

I would say: who cares. so long as it's not red or green or yellow ink, you should be fine.

no on the AOS form it says to use black ink to fill it out, i havent actually read the DS 230 form yet, but im just assuming its the same. but since you say it says it no where then i guess im in luck.
