Hi, we're are unsure  Regarding proof of income (I-134) for K-1 interview in London.

Here is our issue:

The Petitioner is employed at 2 companies but works "freelance" with both, what would be the best things to provide as evidence/proof, specifically with regard to some sort of letter from either himself or the company?

Sorry if this seems a silly question but it is all rather confusing.

Thank you in advance :luv:

If he was doing the same work in the past, then tax returns will help show that it is a constant source of income. Letters from both employers, stating his pay and the frequency of his work. Pay stubs or other proof of income, ideally something that shows his year to date income.

If he is going to provide:

  • Tax Transcripts
  • Pay Stubs
  • Bank Statements

would employment letters still be required?

Not required for London. Two proofs is enough for them. 2010 taxes and pay stubs should do it nicely.
