Hello Guys,

Any one knows what address I need to use to transfer my case?. It would have been nice if they wrote the address on the email. What do you guys think about that?

"If you would like to transfer your fiancée’s child K2 visa to Manila, you may do so by sending us a written request."

Do I need to send it to USEM or Embassy in Abu Dhabi ? In either case, maybe I need assistance with the address full-address.

If anyone can kindly provide help me out (Prefer method) thank you in advance. Please if you can not answer politely save yourself some typing.

This is in reply to your request to transfer the K-1 visa file of the referenced individual to Manila for processing.

We are unable to have the K1 visa file transferred to Manila, because according to our records, your fiancée was issued a K1 visa by the U.S. Embassy in Abu Dhabi on April 18, 2011. However, her child’s K2 visa case has not yet been processed.

If you would like to transfer your fiancée’s child K2 visa to Manila, you may do so by sending us a written request.

In order for us to notify the applicant once we receive the case, please confirm that he is now residing in the Philippines or that he intends to reside here in the immediate future by sending us his local address and contact information.

Please note that under U.S. immigration law and regulation, issuance of a fiancé(e) derivative (K2) visa must follow within one year from the date the K1 visa was issued to the principal applicant. In this case, that date will be April 18, 2012.
