Hi guys,

in question number 36 on the DS 156 says: Has Anyone Ever Filed an Immigrant Visa Petition on Your Behalf?

this is the first time I file a K1 petition, what does my fincee say Yes or no? I dont know what to do to. Thank you for your help!

Well... not counting your current K-1 petition, has anyone ever filed for an immigrant visa for you/on your behalf?

It sounds like your answer might be 'No' but if anyone ever has (again, not counting your current K-1 petition), you need to answer accordingly.
