It's Friday night. I have no interest in going out because my baby is not with me. I live alone. How many other VJ members out there find themselves too often drinking some wine or other beverage of choice?

But I'm fine, not feeling sad - a little lonely. But my laptop, tv, and dog keep me company - and my wine. Anyways just wondering if anyone is doing the same.

I look around my house anxious, excited to feel what will it be like when Leo is here with me soon. What will be his favorite spot in living room, what side of the bed will he sleep on, will he fit into my house? That actually makes me feel great because I know its only a matter of weeks before it happens.

Toast to wine and having a glass/bottle with our loved ones very soon in our homes!

Allie, you are SO not alone!!!! I have spent zillions of nights in the past 5.5 months with a beer in front of the computer, missing my fiance! Especially since we lived together for almost 2 years and it took me months to adjust to him not being here with me. But like you said, it's just a matter of weeks, you are very very very close to having him here with you - keep that in the front of your mind!

I'm smiling right now and I feel so happy to have found Leo and I can't wait to see what emotions I will have once he is here. So every exciting.

(I guess it helps that I just spent labor day weekend with him)

well I guess I am alone. Oh well! For everyone watching TV -turn it to CBS. Pretty good so far. I admit I like the Fergie song - London Bridge. (I'm almost 30 too!)

This October 14 will mark a 2 year wait for me. No matter how bad things appear there is always somebody somewhere worse off. Hang in there. :yes:
