I filled for I-130/I-485/I-131 on July 23, 2010. I did biometrics and everything, November 2nd 2010 I was scheduled for interview with my spouse, I went to the interview by my self and told the officer that I filled for I-360 and she told me that she will send my I-485 to Vermont to be adjudicated with my I-360. So October 21st 2010 I received RFE for the I-360.

Nov 12, 2010 I traveled outside the USA using advance parole based on my pending I-485 I return back to USA Dec 14, 2010. so i replied to RFE on Jan 13th, 2011.

April 20th 2011 I-360 was approved got the approval email April 21.

Now my I-485 has being pending since and I realize lot of people received a mail saying that their I-485 has being transferred to NBC after approval, I never got that. On my I-360 approval notice it states that i should visit the local office to get form I-485 or print it online and should apply for adjustment of status. Am confused, so does that mean that Vermont never get my I-485?

Do I have to file for a new I-485?

I call the 1-800 number over 15 times and am really tired of their stories because everyone gives you a different answer. Some would say it is still within processing. I did service request and no respond.
