Typical time from Package Generation to them Sending it?

Hi all,

The NVC's AVR (yes I know, not always accurate) states that a package of documents and forms has been generated and will be sent out in the next few weeks or something along those lines. They say this was generated on April 26th. How long does it typically take for them to send it? Could there be a holdup?

PS: I've already paid the AOS and IV bills.

If you haven't already sent in the AOS and DS230 forms you don't have to wait until the forms get to you. You can print out the paid receipts and they'll have a barcode on them to use as cover sheets.

The first post in IR-1/CR-1 Progress Reports filing, "NVC-Filers - April 2011" by Saylin has all the links and info you need to do this. She is Canadian and I think there might be additional forms specific to Canada.
