When to file for removal of condition?

I looked on the USCIS web-page and it states that you can apply removalof condition if:

"You are still married to the same U.S. citizen or permanent resident after 2 years"

This would mean I can apply for removal of condition in April 2012 (we married in April 2010).

Though my GreenCard is just getting issued.

Is this correct?

You can apply for removal of conditions no earlier than 90 days prior to the 2 year anniversary of becoming an LPR. For example: if your GC issue date is June 1, 2011 the earliest you can apply is 90 days before June 1, 2013, which is March 3, 2013.

The date when you got married has nothing to do with it. The only date that matters in when Remove your conditions is the date when your 2 years green card or conditional residence expires. You must apply to remove the conditions within the 90 days immediately before to the date that your green card expires.
