I still haven't gotten around to even starting AOS ... or even really thinking about it. I don't want to do forms again. Maybe next week.

I hear you.......ok back to doing everything else..

so happy your wedding when great? will you post pictures? I am not sure if I will put ours up......my family is hoping I will have the grand wedding there with all the family & relatives, but I cried at ours and it was just the civil ceremony, Imagine if the church was filled with everyone I know, I would be a blabbering sobbing bride...not a pretty site, and plus the with me taking so long to do the AOS I am not sure I will ever be able to go back again..:o

snow? too funny Truckee, not too far from where we are got snow and I am so anxious to go play in it.....miss it along with TImmies coffee big time!!!!

YAY!! :D It means our case was transferred to CSC (California Service Center) for processing. From what I have read here on VJ, it normally means that we won't have to go in for an interview .. so hopefully we will get the approval/greencard a lot faster!

that sounds great!!!!

I finally got my SSN in the mail! Anyone else think it's weird that it's an unlaminated paper card? (Yeah I know you can't laminate them) I like Canadian SIN cards better.

Can't wait to have insurance again! Yaaaay! Free dental cleanings and glasses! XD

I thought it was SO WEIRD TOOOOO, just a flimsy piece of paper that means so much. I am so happy though that it was so easy to get it, but now that I am married and changed my name, I haven't updated it...DO I HAVE TO BEFORE I DO THE AOS?????

Starting my AOS today. Ugh. Forms are stupid.

Just want to make sure I only need a G-325A (plus passport photos) for myself, right? Not necessary for my husband? The instructions say no but I've read in the AOS forum that some people included both. Not sure why I'd need his...

Also, for the copies of my passport (bio page, visa, I-94, entry stamps) should I be making copies of the blank pages or just what was requested?

For the I-864 - can I just include all the supporting evidence from the I-134? With updated pay stubs? I assume it's all the same...

Going to apply for my SSN hopefully next week. All I need is my passport and my marriage certificate to get it in my married name, correct?

I hate that I'm at the point where I'm asking questions again.

I know what you mean Coconuts! I've dreaded this stage as well but I'm almost done. We had to send away for tax transcripts again because they kept the originals in Montreal but they finally came in....just the I-864 left to fill in so hoping to pop it all in the mail tomorrow. I'm hoping someone answers your post to confirm but yes, I just included passport info for myself, my husband says 'this is stupid and redundant' because yes it's all the same as the I-134 and you'd think they'd know all this stuff already. lol I got my SSN in my maiden name and then changed it 10 days later after we married (I read this was easier) but that's all I brought with me and had my new one in 3 days.

Good Luck!

We had our BIO appointment on the 28th.

Thanks guys. :)

Am I also correct in that I need six passport photos in total? Two for the G-325a and then 2 for EAD and 2 for AP?

I'm still being lazy and slowly getting our AOS stuff together. Still need to make photocopies of my passport, get passport pics taken, etc. Forms are all filled out though. That's a step!

Applied for my SSN today. How long did it take everyone here to receive their card in the mail?
