Montreal August 2011 Interviews!

I have a quick question! My waybill number will be displayed on the applicant summary page on the CSC website when my passport is ready, right? Right now the applicant summary page just lists my name, date of birth, reference ID and MRV receipt. It doesn't say "applicant status" or anything. Does it just look like this until it's ready? (I'm aware that seeing as my interview was on Thursday, it couldn't possibly be ready by now.)

My Page does not show a place for the MRV Receipt Number like yours does. I have the receipt number. Do I need to call and let them know what it is? Maybe that is why I am seeing that there are no available appointments at this time..

I don't think that would mean anything, to be honest. It's just the reality of Montreal that they often don't have appointments available and you'll have to keep refreshing

Thanks for responding. I called them earlier and they said the receipt number will show up after I schedule the interview. To keep checking for available dates. How long did it take you of trying before you got one?

Only about a week or so, but there were times people were waiting almost a month

Sadly, its rather hard to say with Montreal. I was lucky in that I only had to wait about a week as well, but then my interview was scheduled 3 months out.

Sometimes you're waiting quite awhile (several weeks.) They open up interviews periodically. The interviews tend to take place about 3 months ahead of Pkt3/Pkt4, I've noticed. Just keep refreshing and don't give up!

Thank you all for your feedback I am going to Canada for a visit at the end of September. At least that will help some

i was haveing issues with the new IE, noting was showing up. i used monzila and there were tones of dates. idk what the problem was but i only use monzial on there site now

How long did it take you to schedule an interview from the time you got your interview letter? I keep trying and it says NO APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME

did you pay the MVR? I noticed as soon as I paid an appointment became available, coincidence?

I did pay it and got a receipt number, but it is not tied to my account yet. I called the consulate and asked them if they needed it and was told no. That I was to enter it in when an appointment becomes available. That when there is something available, I click it and then I will be asked for my receipt number. I am getting so confused. When did you schedule yours?

we had to wait 82 long grueling days...but the outcome was fantastic

Good call - also, never use Google Chrome for the CSC website, for some reason its wholly incompatible.
