London Email Code

Hi Guys, my fiance has been trying to get in touch with the London consulate for the email code for a week and can't get through. Our Packet 3 still hasn't been logged after 5 weeks and we're trying to get in touch with someone to check on it. Is the code they give for email a specific one for each person or is it a general one? Does anyone know what the code is, if it's general? I hate waiting and he's been calling all week and keeps getting an automated message that they have too many calls and to call back later, then is disconnected. I don't know what else to do! Any other suggestions on how we can get an answer on what is going on? I've been calling the Visa Center every couple of days too and all they tell me is that his packet 3 still hasn't been logged, which we already know!

Trying to stay calm but this is eternally frustrating. If anyone has any suggestions or words of wisdom, we'd definitely appreciate it.

Well I called today as the USC and got through nearly immediately. You'd definitely qualify for a code; I did not since it's only been about 3 weeks since ours was sent. The number for the USC is 1-866-382-3589

Ok, fiance managed to get through just before the line closed at 9pm. He was told our information is there, however they are so backlogged it hasn't been logged in yet. He tried to get an email code but the guy who answered the phone told him that he'd be better off calling again on Monday, not emailing. He said since our packet hasn't been logged yet, the email wouldn't do anything (which didn't make much sense to me). Needless to say, Fiance is going to call again first thing tomorrow to hopefully talk to someone else and see if he can get a little bit further.

I haven't tried the USC number but I'll do that asap! Thanks.
