I'm new here so please excuse any stupid questions :) I'm an exchange visitor on the J1 adjusting my status. In question 16 my eligibility seems to be C5... ? Pretty sure that is right, but it is a lot of wording.

However I am not sure about the written statement it says to include. It says to include a written statement that explains that my employment is not necessary to support my J1. What does this mean exactly? What am I supposed to say here to prove that? The wording is confusing. Thanks in advance for all your suggestions and experience!
