I think you're going to need to be a little more specific.
Pakistani military acted very Naziesque in Bangladesh, and 95,000 Pakistan military personnel wound up as POW's several of them (Rao Farman Ali, Siddiq Salik, Aslam Beg, ...) proven warcriminals. And there were also other warcriminals who either were shuffled west between March and December 1971 (including Tikka Khan, and Zia ul-Haq--whom I specifically equated to Eichmann--who took-over as dictator after murdering Z.A. Bhutto who had gotten his partners-in-crime released).

India agreed to release them unilaterally (and pressured Bangladesh to accept this deal) 1972-1974--but the released warcriminals showed no remorse (as can be seen in Siddiq Salik's Witness To Surrender, written in 1976).

Now answer the question!

What question?

I'll ask you this. If the Allies had allowed the remaining Nazis to simply return to Germany (and Austria) without any further action as of the end of WW-2, how would you like a Germany which resulted after Eichmann retook power in it?
