concerns about petition expiring

Timeline

Hi every 1, im heading 2 a similar situation, my fiance(american citizen) aply 4 my fiance visa it took 4ever to hear from them the case its being taken to juarez mx.. Any ways she has recited the aproval letter to start the proces online, they told her that i shuld be reciving an invitation package 3 via mail, within 1 week its being almost 6 weeks and i havent recive or heard 1 thing last thing was that i called them they located my case and said they sent the package last 4th of may today is the 19 and im getting nervious to read this post ..i dont wanna recive an expired invitation , some where i read that if i can obtain what was sent to my fiance i could gather my self the forms from the web i culd book my interview is this true? Or i necesarely need the package they are sending? I called then ask then this but they said i need the package 4 instructions im getting frustrated some 1 can help me?
