This is really quick--

It only took 9 calendar days for NVC to get the package from USCIS--the California service center

I admit I called the NVC AVR 2 - 3 times per day !!

I just finalized my AOS, got the transcripts from the IRS.

Dave, you guys are doing it right, so there shouldn't be any delays--I have to admit we feel extremely lucky as we watch others moving slowly when it is obvious they have done everything right

Rick, Yeah, it seems like a craps shoot for some folks... this is def. a process that you must be proactive act. A lot of people fail to realize this at the last moment and try to expect more out of a system that is already tough to get thru normally unscathed.
