Hello!I hope someone could help me with my question.I wish to petition my son 23 yrs old unmarried from the philippines.I was wondering if it's ok to file the petition now that i'm still on conditional green card status which will expire next year in june or should i just wait for my condition removed and wait till i become a US citizenship in year 2013.which is faster,filing under green card conditional status or US citizen already.If in case i file it right now before i get my citizenship,should i upgrade the petition once i become a citizen?Please help.thanks

File now. That will reserve your priority date. You can upgrade the petition from F2B to F1 when you become a US citizen.
