The time is going to come - soon, very, very soon - when we don't have enough money to continue paying for things that people cannot afford for themselves. They're going to have to make some tough choices. Things like, "Should I have another kid?" Or, "Should I buy Ray-Ray another pair of Jortans even though I don't have a job?"
