Does anybody know of a cheap condo rental for like $40 a night? I'm looking for atleast 45sqm fully furnish 1BR condo unit to rent for 2 weeks within manila area (preferably ermita, malate). I will need it for a visit to manila next month.

July 15, 2011: Eligibility letter received from US Embassy-Manila(dated July 11, 2011)

October 26 - June 5, 2012: SLEC trap!!! (DOT tx to vaccine administration)

June 7, 2012: Interview (APPROVED!) :)

June 18, 2012: Visa picked up at the embassy

June 20, 2012: POE in Detroit

Those condos I found online doesn't accommodate short stay. Its a minimum of at least 1 month stay.

Hindi bagay yung hotel sa amin kasi may 8mos old kami na kasama, sa hotel hindi ako makapag sterilize ng bottles, etc... Thanks for replying anyway. :) Suki na kami sa baywatch 2503 but masyado parin kasing mahal kahit returning guest na.hahay..

The rate depends on the length of stay. The longer you stay the less it is per day. I rented a place there for 2 weeks, and it came to about $33/night for a nice 1-bedroom apartment with a kitchenette, fully furnished and with all kitchen utensils. That was December 2009, so the price might be a little higher now. The location was great - between Remedios Circle and the Malate Church, and it's off the street so it was quiet as well.
