axyousu,

Quite possibly, but only 'they' can tell you for sure after they have reviewed the financial documents that you provide to them.

Looks like you will be fine. They may ask for the co-sponsor, if they want. Why don't you call and talk with the NVC?

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

i did and the lady wasn't specific

Maybe it is better for you to get a co sponsor. A co sponsor needs to fill out a separate I-864 and relevant documents. If you have a household member who can help you, then you and the household memeber can fill out an I-864A, a contract between the sponsor and the household member. In that case, the household member does not need to fill out another I-864, as I-864A will suffice it.

simple_male,

Because the NVC does not evaluate the information contained, and so cannot answer the question. The consular officers evaluate the information and make the decisions.

True, that is why I suggested the OP to get a co sponsor to be on the safe side. Embassy can say that the OP does not need a co sponsor, if the embassy thinks, he does not need one.
