Thanks ... was just wondering if self employed , do I need to include all evidence or can I choose just 1 type ... ie .. does it say this and that ...or .. this or that ... but i thick now that only one need be supplied ..... thanks again

For self employed persons the income amount is line 22 of your most recent (2010) 1040 tax return.
