Montreal and P3/P4 Question

So I JUST got off the phone with DOS and they confirmed that my packet 3 response was logged in today (package physically arrived in Montreal on May 12)!

The woman kindly told me that I can call back in a few more days and they could probably give me my interview date, so I'm assuming she doesn't know Montreal doesn't assign dates for K1s anymore. I guess my question is, now that packet 3 is logged in, has packet 4 been sent or do I need to wait a few more days to know it's been 'sent'? I know I don't have to wait to have p4 physically in my hands before I can start attempting to book, but does Montreal usually log p3 responses and send p4 the same day? Since they don't need to assign anything?

I guess I'm just curious as to whether or not this is enough to start the interview booking game.

With us, my fiance was told in the morning P3 was logged, but not to book yet... and then in the afternoon I was told I could book. Call back and ask if P4 has been sent and you're approved to book? That would be my suggestion.

I called back and I was told P4 has not been sent yet. *sigh* That's okay, we're getting close. :)I guess a few more days it is.

Not yet today, either. I'm leaving for work so this is the latest I can call today. Maybe tomorrow morning.

I am in the same situation. The lady I talk to this morning said they logged our PKT3 but they have not set a date for our interview!

Maybe we got the same lady! I guess she doesn't know the process for K1 like you said

So I will try again tommorow.

I was think the very same as you about wheather we could just try booking the interview, for I have heard that DOS can be wrong!!!

Weird. I got a lady who understands that you book your appointments online for Montreal and even though she explicitly said that P4 was logged for me today that I should wait to receive it in the mail before I book an appointment! I feel like flipping.

And she also said that they don't know when it's been mailed as they're mailed in batches, only when they're logged. Seems like our operators don't share the same ideas about the process since yours knows when the packets are sent!

Okay, so today I called DOS and was told that P4 WAS sent on the 18th.

I went ahead and booked something... Maybe the other operators thought P4 had not been sent because there would be no interview date in the computer?

I called this morning and afternoon and no go yet (according to the lady, but I feel I can't trust it)

Another friend on here got an e-mail for thier Pkt 4?? Is that something that happens??
