Any India Jan. Filers Gotten NOA2 Yet?

I've been seeing on here that Vermont Jan. filers have been getting their NOA2's this month, quicker than the 5-month "goal." Just wondering if that included anybody filing for a beneficiary from India (haven't seen posts from any such people yet). I am curious to see if the quicker turnaround applies to us too. I myself am an April filer, so I'm not expecting to get mine for some time, but if VSC is turning these around for everybody more quickly, that would be great!
